Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with restaurant management experience.
• Ability to work 35+ hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and have a valid driver's license.
• Food Handler Certified and ServSafe certification within 90 days preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Schedule staff weekly to ensure full coverage and staff availability.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
• Control food, beverage, and labor costs to protect profitability.
• Maintain health and safety compliance to regulations and policy.
• Train and develop crew members, provide performance feedback.
• Handle deposits and cash management according to policies.
• Recruit and interview potential crew members as needed.
