Blake’s Lotaburger is seeking Crew Members for our New Mexico locations. You’ll help customers with a friendly greeting, work across cashier, drive-thru, grill, fryer, build table, and prep stations, and contribute to fast, accurate service while following food-safety standards.

You’ll join a team that values warmth, reliability, and pride in our New Mexico cuisine, with opportunities to grow and develop leadership skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and have a friendly attitude.
• Enjoy helping customers and working with a team.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic kitchen tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with a warm, welcoming greeting.
• Operate cashier, drive-thru, grill, fryer, build table, and prep stations.
• Ensure fast, accurate service and food safety.
