Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is hiring a Shift Leader in Florida to coach Team Members during shifts and ensure the execution of Brand standards and high guest service. You will assign tasks, set goals, and provide timely feedback to improve performance.

The role emphasizes leading by example, maintaining food safety, and supporting training and shift handoffs. Experience in retail or hospitality is preferred and proficiency with basic computer tasks is expected.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Coach restaurant team members with timely, constructive feedback.
• Support the training of restaurant team members as needed.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability policies during shift.
• Communicate with the next Shift Leader to prepare them for handoff.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met.
• Manage inventory throughout the shift.
• Provide great guest service and coach others to do the same.
• Schedule restaurant team members for shifts.
• Manage cash over/short and ensure adherence to cash handling policies.
