Summary

Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Restaurant Team Members during their shift to ensure operational Brand standards are met and to deliver excellent guest service. They set goals, assign tasks, and motivate team members by providing timely feedback.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
2. Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals and execution.
3. Ensure Brand standards are maintained throughout the shift, including food and beverage preparation.
4. Communicate shift priorities, goals, and results to team members.
5. Coach team members during the shift, providing constructive and clear feedback.
6. Support the training and development of restaurant team members.
7. Oversee safety, security, and profitability policies and procedures during the shift.
8. Coordinate with the next Shift Leader to ensure a smooth transition.
9. Ensure Food Safety standards are consistently followed.
10. Manage inventory levels throughout the shift.
11. Provide excellent guest service and coach team members to do the same.
12. Schedule team members' shifts as needed.
13. Manage cash over/short during the shift and ensure compliance with cash management policies.
