Compensation: $13.25/hour + tip share program. Our Restaurant Shift Supervisors average almost $4/hour in tips!

Summary: As a part of our leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver great pizzas and salads with style and personalization. You set the example of service and create a welcoming environment where everyone can experience personalized pizza.

You will lead the making of pizzas for diverse customer preferences, fostering an inclusive experience where everyone belongs. Over 70% of MOD Leaders are promoted internally, supporting employees' growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exemplify MOD values and demonstrate effective leadership
• Create the MOD vibe expected by customers
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy and positivity
• Train and demonstrate store tasks and operational standards
• Partner with the General Manager to engage the community

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Experience in leading, coaching, and motivating front-line employees
• Strategic thinking and tactical action skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused in busy operations
• Must be at least 18 years old
