Compensation: $13.25 per hour plus tips.

Summary

As part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads to our guests with style and personalization. You set the example of what it means to serve and create a place where everyone can experience pizza that is personal.

You will lead the making of pizzas for veggie lovers, pepperoni fans, and plant-based pioneers. Pizzas built for carb cutters and culinary experimentalists. Together, we’re creating an experience where pizza is personal, and everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities

• Be an example of MOD values and behaviors, exemplifying a service mindset through effective leadership
• Create a MOD vibe that our customers expect
• Coach Shift Supervisors to keep energy high and foster a positive shift environment
• Demonstrate, train, and coach Squad members in all operational methods
• Ensure knowledge of all operational standards and resources
• Partner with the General Manager to engage the restaurant community

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Experience leading, coaching, training, and motivating front-line employees
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically
• Ability to stay calm and focused during busy operations
• Must be at least 18 years old
