Compensation: $13.25 per hour plus tips.

Summary:

As part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors lead the Squad Crew to deliver exceptional pizzas and salads to our guests with style and personalization. You set the example of service and foster a place where everyone can experience personalized pizza.

You will lead the making of pizzas for diverse customer preferences, creating an inclusive and personal pizza experience where everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exemplify MOD values and behaviors, demonstrating a service mindset through effective leadership
• Create a positive MOD vibe that our customers expect
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy and a positive shift environment
• Train and coach Squad in operational tasks and standards
• Partner with the General Manager to engage the restaurant community

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Experience leading, coaching, and motivating front-line employees
• Strategic thinking and tactical action skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused during busy operations
• Must be at least 18 years old
