Warehouse Team Lead - First Shift/Morning Start

As a Team Lead, you will oversee various teams including Inventory Control, Flat Breakdown, Pallet Loop, Quality Verification and Control, Receiving, Shipping, Ticketing, Vendor Verification, Compliance, and more. Your responsibilities include ensuring safety standards are followed, work is performed efficiently and accurately, and productivity goals are met or exceeded. Lead by example, demonstrating expertise and embodying our Core Values and Burlington philosophy to foster a positive, supportive environment for your team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate team activities in collaboration with and in the absence of a supervisor
• Train new team members
• Produce daily production reports
• Operate RF (radio frequency) technology
• Perform duties similar to team members
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and guidelines
