SNAP Custom Pizza is looking for shift supervisors/team leaders for our Bala Cynwyd location. In addition to team/crew member duties (guiding guests through the menu, ensuring order accuracy, providing exceptional customer service), leaders are responsible for opening/closing procedures and leading co-workers through shifts. Candidates with experience in customer/guest service, team leadership, cashiering, serving, or food prep are encouraged to apply. Shift Supervisors Responsibilities

Preferred: One (or more) years of management or supervisor experience.

• Guide team members in creating quality meals, excellent customer service, and an upbeat work environment.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of store setup, operation, breakdown, and cleaning procedures.
• Manage daily activities to achieve overall company success, including delegating tasks, adhering to cleaning policies, and opening/closing operations.
• Assist in training, development, and fostering a positive culture.
• Compensation: $15/hour plus tips.
