You will coach staff to provide fast, friendly guest service, maintain a clean, safe dining area, ensure food preparation complies with health regulations, manage cash and inventory records, and complete end-of-shift paperwork.

• Ensure cash, sales, and inventory records are accurate
• Complete end-of-shift and end-of-day paperwork
• Communicate discrepancies to supervisor
