Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily shift operations in the restaurant.
• Coordinate and assign duties to team members and ensure completion.
• Ensure food is prepared and served according to brand and health standards.
• Coach staff on food prep and production procedures.
• Maintain product quality, food safety, and operational standards.
• Monitor cash handling, sales, and inventory records for the shift.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe environment for team and guests; follow safety rules and codes.
