You will coach team members, maintain cleanliness, and ensure accurate cash handling and inventory records. The position requires strong communication and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner and coaches team members to do the same
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
• Assigns shift duties to team members and follows up to ensure completion
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health regulations
• Coaches team on food prep and production management guidelines
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory accuracy for the shift duration
• Completes end of shift/day paperwork and reports discrepancies to supervisor
• Maintains a safe environment by following laws and safety codes
• Completes incident reports per policy and supports Circle K values
