Responsibilities

• Supervise a restaurant shift and coordinate team tasks.
• Provide fast, friendly guest service and coach staff.
• Maintain clean dining and work areas through housekeeping.
• Assign duties and follow up to ensure completion.
• Direct food prep and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coach staff on food prep and production management.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory standards are met.
• Monitor cash, sales, and inventory accuracy for the shift.
• Complete end-of-shift and end-of-day paperwork.
• Report discrepancies to supervisor and resolve issues.
• Maintain a safe environment and follow safety codes.
• Prepare incident reports per policy and timelines.
