Job summary

NORCROSS GROUP is seeking a Shift Leader to direct daily restaurant operations in the GM’s absence at our Ennis location. You’ll ensure top-notch guest service, manage inventory and payroll, and uphold company standards in product prep and safety.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, strong communication, and a proven track record in team recruitment and labor law awareness. This role demands initiative and a focus on financial performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adapt to new systems quickly.
• Minimum of 2+ years of restaurant supervisory experience.
• Ability to analyze profit and loss statements and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations in GM's absence.
• Ensure guest service and hospitality standards are met.
• Control shrinkage, waste, expenses, and payroll.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety and staffing standards.
• Open or close the restaurant and manage orders.
• Assist other positions as needed.
• Receive and inspect deliveries when GM is absent.
• Promote Wingstop brand and comply with operating procedures.
