Job summary

NORCROSS GROUP seeks a Shift Leader in Huntsville, AL to direct daily restaurant operations in the General Manager's absence. You will ensure compliance with company standards, oversee product prep, customer relations, inventory, and financial accountability while delivering high-quality products and services to customers.

Qualifications include 2+ years of supervisory food service experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience in food service, retail or restaurant.
• Proficiency in analyzing profit and loss statements and overall financial performance of restaurant.
• Knowledge of Labor Laws.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Initiative and assertiveness.
• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of a restaurant in GM's absence.
• Ensure guest service is outstanding and maintain guest-friendly environment.
• Control shrinkage, waste, expenses, and payroll.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety and staffing standards.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and assemble orders according to Wingstop standards.
• Receive, inspect, and sign/pay for deliveries in GM's absence.
• Place orders with vendors and maintain an Operations Manual.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs and ensure product quality and safety.
