LV Petroleum LLC is hiring a Shift Lead for Bojangles in Las Vegas to oversee shift operations, supervise staff, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. You will work closely with management to maximize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in food service with leadership experience, strong customer service, and a solid understanding of health regulations. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in the food service industry with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Ability to handle cash and basic accounting.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
