Steak 'n Shake St. Peters is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with energy, confidence, and accountability. You will set up the team for success during openings and closings, and ensure fast, friendly service that meets brand standards.

As a supervisor, you’ll coach staff, manage drawers and deposits, handle end-of-day reports, and train new team members. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required to keep operations smooth and guest satisfaction high.

• Handle opening and closing duties, including key-holder responsibilities
• Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members
• Support training and onboarding of new team members
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly
