Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisory role with high-volume exposure.
• Strong knowledge of food handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders, servers, hosts and bussers with daily cafe operations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and drive sales while upholding brand standards.
• Mentor and coach hourly staff to become brand ambassadors.
• Greet employees at shift start to promote a positive environment.
• Provide ongoing recognition, direction, and support.
• Communicate procedures across restaurant, region, and corporate.
• Schedule weekly work shifts according to volume.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
