You will manage daily restaurant operations, uphold food safety, and coach team members to deliver outstanding customer service.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, hands-on leadership, and maintaining a clean, safe dining environment to support guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, along with adherence to proper food safety procedures
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, and reporting
• Coach and develop staff in preparing and packaging customer orders promptly
• Oversee dining room cleanliness and food prep areas, ensuring equipment is maintained
