Job summary

Bubba’s 33 is seeking a Restaurant Shift Lead to support the management team with strong communication and leadership skills, overseeing Front of House or Back of House operations.

You’ll help maintain costs, supervise staff, host promotions, ensure adherence to recipes and liquor laws, coach employees, and foster a fun, safe work environment. Roadies are paid weekly with a comprehensive benefits package after a year.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership abilities are required.
• Experience in Front of House or Back of House operations is preferred.
• Ability to supervise and guide staff to meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with scheduling, costs, and labor during shifts.
• Provide hands-on supervision of the restaurant and occasional help in serving, hosting, cooking, and other duties.
• Promote incentives and Alley Rallies to boost engagement.
• Ensure staff follow recipes and procedures and comply with liquor laws and safety guidelines.
• Monitor guest flow and ticket times; enforce employment policies with leadership team.
• Coach staff to maintain consistent food and service quality and drive sales.
