Job summary

Martin-Brower is seeking a qualified candidate for a Distribution Center role in the United States. You will manage restaurant services functions, develop customer communications, and own credit and claims processes for the DC.

Responsibilities include building relationships with Owner/Operators, Restaurant Managers, and Suppliers, and ensuring alignment with customer communications. Background in logistics or distribution is preferred, with leadership experience noted in the qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4–6 years of related experience and 2+ years of management experience.
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7–9+ years of specific experience and 4+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant services functions, including market communications, inventory control, and promotional activities, while acting as a liaison between centralized customer service, purchasing, and automated restaurant ordering systems for Distribution Center operations.
• Develop and cascade customer communications, including newsletters, guidebooks, new processes, and contingency plans.
• Own credit and claims processes for the distribution center.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Owner/Operators, Restaurant Managers, Suppliers, and Field Office positions within the local market.
• Act as liaison between customer supply chain manager and distribution center.
• Ensure our internal stakeholders are aligned with customer communications and changes to processes and procedures are cascade appropriately.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education
