Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant services functions, including market communications, inventory control, and promotional activities, while acting as a liaison between centralized customer service, purchasing, and automated restaurant ordering systems for Distribution Center operations
• Develop and cascade customer communications, including newsletters, guidebooks, new processes, and contingency plans
• Own credit and claims processes for the distribution center
• Develop and maintain relationships with Owner/Operators, Restaurant Managers, Suppliers, and Field Office positions within the local market
• Act as liaison between customer supply chain manager and distribution center
• Ensure our internal stakeholders are aligned with customer communications and changes to processes and procedures are cascade appropriately
• Other duties as assigned

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years related experience and 2+ years of management experience

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9+ years of specific experience and 4+ years of leadership experience
