Job summary

KPOT is seeking a Restaurant Service Manager to lead front-of-house operations across our fast-paced dining concept. You will coach team members, uphold brand standards, and ensure guests receive exceptional service during evenings and weekends.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to hospitality excellence. You'll work closely with the Operations Manager to align on KPIs, labor targets, and guest satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading full-service restaurant operations and bar experience.
• State-mandated Food Handler Certification and food safety compliance.
• Proficient with Toast POS, scheduling, and inventory systems.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to supervise teams.
• Understanding of labor costs and P&L relationships.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and coach FOH team members.
• Lead all front-of-house operations during shifts.
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Manage floor operations, shift management, and labor targets.
• Ensure brand standards and interactive dining model.
• Communicate with Franchise Partner and Operations Manager.
