Job summary

KPOT is seeking a Restaurant Service Manager to lead front-of-house operations across our fast-paced locations. You will recruit, train, and coach FOH staff, conduct pre-shift meetings, uphold brand standards, and ensure seamless service with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in full-service restaurant leadership, Toast POS proficiency, P&L awareness, and a passion for hospitality. You must be comfortable around grills and available evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading full-service restaurant operations and bartending.
• Hold a valid State-Mandated Food Handlers Certification.
• Proficient in Toast POS and scheduling software.
• Strong communication and P&L management experience.
• Comfortable around grills and hot cooking surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and coach FOH team members.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings focused on service, upselling, and brand standards.
• Maintain expert knowledge of brand standards and procedures.
• Oversee floor operations, shift management, and guest interactions.
• Lead all front-of-house operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure consistent execution of KPOT's dining model.
• Monitor table turns, wait times, and guest flow.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Communicate with Franchise Partner on daily operations and performance.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager on KPIs and labor targets.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
