Qualifications

• 2+ years leading full-service restaurant operations and bartending.
• Hold a valid State-Mandated Food Handlers Certification.
• Proficient in POS systems (Toast) and scheduling/inventory platforms.
• Demonstrates clear, high-level communication to lead teams and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Solid experience with P&L management and controlling costs.
• Passion for delivering world-class service at every touchpoint.
• Comfortable working around grills and hot cooking surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and coach FOH team members.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings focused on service, upselling, and brand standards.
• Maintain knowledge of brand standards, plate presentation, and procedures.
• Oversee floor operations, shift management, and labor targets.
• Provide beverage knowledge and bar experience.
• Lead all front-of-house operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure consistent execution of KPOT's dining model.
• Monitor guest flow and manage wait times.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Communicate with Franchise Partner on daily operations and performance.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to align on KPIs and costs.
