Boulon Brasserie in downtown Tampa is hiring Server Assistants to join our team. The role supports service by setting up the dining room, managing tables, and assisting servers across restaurant, bar, and bakery experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in restaurants or hospitality or strong interest in food and hospitality.
• Strong communication and listening skills to effectively deliver accurate messaging to teammates and management.
• Ability to understand, speak and follow written and verbal instruction in English.
• Strong attention to detail and well organized.
• Excels in a team environment and is viewed as a team player by all Team Members.
• The ability to stay positive and calm under pressure.
• A strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.
• Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Setting up the dining room and tables, clearing tables, pouring water, and running food.
• Working with servers and expediters to support service at the restaurant.
• Resetting the dining room and polishing glassware, along with other duties as needed.
