Rehoboth Beach Country Club is seeking motivated Restaurant Servers to join the Talon Tribe in an upscale, member-focused dining environment. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and deliver dishes with precision and warmth.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, dietary awareness, and collaborative teamwork to ensure a refined dining experience. Part-time, non-exempt position with varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Upscale restaurant or private club service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine and cocktail service.
• Strong communication to engage diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Restaurant Servers to join our esteemed Rehoboth Beach Country Club Talon Tribe. If you thrive on providing impeccable service, creating memorable moments, and working in a sophisticated atmosphere, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Position: Server

Salary: $23 per hour (Restaurant), $28 per hour (Banquets)

Classification: Part-Time, non-exempt

Schedule: varies depending on business volumes
