We are seeking dedicated and skilled Restaurant Servers to join our esteemed Rehoboth Beach Country Club Talon Tribe. Position: Server

Salary: $23 per hour (Restaurant), $28 per hour (Banquets)

Classification: Part-Time, non-exempt

Schedule: varies depending on business volumes

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server in an upscale restaurant or private club is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette, food, wine, and cocktail service.
