As a Bar Back/Busser, you'll support bartenders and service staff while helping maintain a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. You’ll keep the bar stocked, clean glassware, buss tables, and contribute to delivering exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Keep the bar fully stocked with glassware, ice, and supplies.
• Wash, sanitize, and polish glassware.
• Maintain clean, organized bar workstations.
• Remove trash and recycling during shifts.
• Bus and reset tables in the bar area.
• Refill water glasses and assist with table service.
• Support bartenders and servers during busy periods.
• Assist with closing duties and restocking for the next shift.

What You'll Do

As a Bar Back/Busser, you'll play a critical role in keeping our bar and dining areas running smoothly by:

• Keeping the bar fully stocked with clean glassware, ice, and supplies
• Washing, sanitizing, and polishing glassware
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe bar workstations
• Removing trash and recycling throughout each shift
• Bussing and resetting tables in the bar area
• Refilling water glasses and assisting with table service
• Supporting bartenders and servers during busy service periods
• Assisting with closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and preparing for the next shift
