Job summary

Rehoboth Beach Country Club, Inc invites you to join the RBCC Talon Tribe as Bar Back/Busser. This part-time, year-round role supports bartenders and service staff to deliver outstanding hospitality for members and guests. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You’ll stock and clean the bar, assist with table service, bussing, and closing duties. Previous restaurant or bar experience is welcome but not required—we will train the right person to thrive in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar with glassware, ice, and supplies.

Part-Time | Year-Round
Pay: $18.00/hour (Restaurant) | $28.00/hour (Banquet Events)
Schedule: Flexible, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs

What You'll Do

As a Bar Back/Busser, you'll play a critical role in keeping our bar and dining areas running smoothly by:

• Keeping the bar fully stocked with clean glassware, ice, and supplies
• Washing, sanitizing, and polishing glassware
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe bar workstations
• Removing trash and recycling throughout each shift
• Bussing and resetting tables in the bar area
• Refilling water glasses and assisting with table service
• Supporting bartenders and servers during busy service periods
• Assisting with closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and preparing for the next shift

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:
