A boutique hotel management company is looking for a Food Server to join their dynamic Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will provide outstanding guest service, take and deliver food and beverage orders, and ensure the restaurant's organization and cleanliness. The ideal candidate has at least one year of serving experience and holds necessary certifications. Qualifications

• Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required.

Compensation: $16.90 per hour + tips

Essential Job Functions

• Deliver best‑in‑class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness
• Take and deliver guests' food and beverage orders with enthusiasm, regularly revisit table to ensure beverages are filled and ensure guest satisfaction
• Generate checks through PMS and receive payments efficiently for each guest
• Maintain daily organization of the restaurant, ensuring all condiments and supplies are replenished
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all restaurant and service workstations

Compensation: $16.50/hour + tips

Physical Demands

• Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 – 75lbs
• Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the restaurants and kitchen areas
