Responsibilities:

• Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events
• Make decisions and solve problems to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
• Monitor the operation of the F&B outlet and assist the manager in resolving guest issues
• Keep a clean and organized workspace
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Engage with guests and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
