Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Three - six months in a food/beverage services environment.
• Able to read, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and take food and drink orders from restaurant customers and serve them.
• Remain attentive to customers throughout the dining experience and follow service standards.
• Restock and clean duties with opening/closing side-work as instructed.
• Memorize menu items, recipes and daily specials to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Receive payment and verify accuracy of guest checks and payments.
• Attend pre-meal and departmental meetings to stay informed about products and services.
• Present a clean, professional appearance and maintain a courteous demeanor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
