Job summary

Valor Hospitality in College Station, TX is seeking a friendly Barista to join our coffee bar team. You will make and serve drinks, follow safety guidelines, and maintain a clean, inviting service area. The role requires 3–6 months in food/beverage service, the ability to multitask, read and speak English, and excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3–6 months in a food/beverage services environment or establishment.
• Able to mix drinks correctly.
• Provide exceptional service to all guests.
• Multitask and handle bar equipment.
• English literacy and communication.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks following established guidelines and safety controls.
• Perform guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner.
• Ring guest checks; collect cash and process charges per policy.
• Complete requisitions and supply lists.
• Ensure established pars are maintained.
• Perform all side work duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
