Valor Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver prompt and courteous food and beverage service in a hotel dining setting in the United States. You will greet guests, take orders, memorize menus, and ensure accuracy in payments while maintaining a clean dining area.

The role requires high school education or equivalent, 3–6 months in food/beverage service, and the ability to read checks, communicate in English, and lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3–6 months in food/beverage services environment.
• Skills: Vision ability to read checks, perform duties in dim lighting; manual coordination to handle trays; English proficiency; lift 20–40 lbs; stand long periods; communicate with guests and staff.

Responsabilités

• Greet and take food and drink orders from restaurant customers.
• Remain attentive to customers and adhere to service standards.
• Memorize menu items and daily specials to answer questions.
• Maintain cleanliness in restaurant, wait-station, and kitchen areas.
• Process payments accurately and document orders as placed.
• Attend pre-meal and departmental meetings when required.
