Loews Coral Gables Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide exceptional table service, anticipate guest needs, and contribute to a warm, memorable dining experience. You will support the restaurant’s atmosphere, guest satisfaction, and overall success through attentive service and menu recommendations.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant or hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage busy service periods with a positive, guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40–50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations.
• Communicate guest needs to kitchen or bar.
• Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked.
• Support team members to ensure timely and coordinated service.
• Attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.

What You Will Do

• Maintain regular attendance in conformance with standards
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications
