Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Work in a team-oriented, Guest-centric environment to provide an extraordinary Guest experience.
• Demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with the Guest and delivering an exceptional dining experience.
• Guide Guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food, beverages, and ingredients.
• Take accurate orders and partner with team members to serve food and beverages that meet and exceed Guests’ expectations.
• Provide friendly and attentive service that makes Guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return.
• Deal with complaints and problems with a positive attitude and empathy.

Requirements:
