A leading hospitality management company is seeking dedicated staff to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food, and maintaining cleanliness. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Reports to work well-groomed, in a clean and proper uniform, and practices good personal hygiene at all times.
Greets guests courteously and respectfully when seated at their station.
Takes verbal drink and meal orders according to guest preferences.
Serves high-quality food, checks all orders for completeness, correct preparation, proper portioning, and attractive presentation.
Maintains cleanliness of stations and pantry.
Performs side work during shift downtime, including rolling silverware, restocking, cleaning stations, and bussing tables.
Follows the service cycle and team responsibilities consistently.
Maintains sufficient menu knowledge to suggestively sell to guests.
Processes guest checks and operates POS equipment following company policies.
Anticipates and corrects system issues to maximize guest satisfaction.
Ensures 100% guest satisfaction on every visit.
Communicates with Manager on Duty and coworkers regarding product, service, safety, or equipment issues.
Reports problems to General Manager and Manager on Duty, proposing solutions when appropriate.
Receives direction and training from the Associate Manager regarding procedures and assignments.
Basic skills such as sanitation, safety, and customer service, which can be taught in-house. Handyman skills are a plus.
