Belmont Village Rancho Santa Fe is seeking a Dining Room Server to provide attentive, personalized dining service to residents in our on-site restaurant. You will take orders, offer recommendations, and deliver meals with care while maintaining a clean dining environment.

The role emphasizes predictable hours, no late-night shifts, and opportunities to build relationships with residents in a supportive, hospitality-driven setting in the San Diego area.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on-site restaurant, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure orders are served at the correct temperature, with proper presentation and accuracy.
• Prepare and set up the dining room for service, ensuring flatware, condiments and beverages are always ready.
• Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations held within the Belmont Village community
• Maintain cleanliness of Dining Room and assigned tables ensuring guest needs are met throughout each meal

Our new senior living community in the San Diego area will offer dependable schedules with no late-night shifts in a supportive, hospitality-driven environment. As a Dining Room Server, you’ll serve the same residents each day—building real connections, learning their preferences, and delivering warm, personalized service.

YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide attentive and personalized dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on-site restaurant, ensuring a positive dining experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 16 years of age

• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English

• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

• Must be able to efficiently multi-task, be an active listener, and collaborate effectively with team members

• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and work in a hands-on, hospitality oriented position

• Knowledge of dining etiquette and prior Restaurant Server experience is preferred

• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community
