As the Dining Room Manager, you will lead the daily operations of our restaurant-style dining program, overseeing service standards, team development, hiring, training, scheduling, and resident dining satisfaction. This hands‑on leadership role is ideal for experienced hospitality professionals with backgrounds as a Restaurant Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, Dining Services Manager, Hospitality Manager, or Front of House Manager who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to a discerning clientele and creating memorable dining experiences.
Working alongside servers and dining staff, you will help cultivate an atmosphere of warmth, professionalism, and personalized hospitality while building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and guests. Supported by experienced Regional and Corporate teams, you will play a key role in establishing a culture of service excellence that reflects the elevated expectations of a luxury community and Belmont Village's reputation for exceptional hospitality.
