Belmont Village Senior Living in San Jose seeks a Dining Room Server to deliver welcoming, attentive table service in our on-site restaurant. You will take accurate orders, present menu recommendations, and ensure meals are served hot and correctly.

This non-tipped, full-time role offers a steady schedule, opportunities to learn and grow, and a collaborative team culture dedicated to exceptional dining experiences for residents through events and daily service.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and work in a hands‑on, hospitality oriented position.
• Knowledge of dining etiquette and prior Restaurant Server experience is preferred.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community.
• All offers of employment are contingent upon completion of applicable post‑offer pre‑employment screenings, which may include a job‑related background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing, consistent with applicable laws.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Dining Room Server at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will play an active role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and an exceptional dining experience throughout each meal and special event.

Working collaboratively with a team, you will provide hands‑on table service and assist with special event service in our Assisted Living community.

YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
