• Base pay: $5.25/hr

Job Summary

As a Server, you will create memorable guest experiences by making food and beverage recommendations and serving delicious items. You will be part of a team supporting each other's success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve tables by retrieving and delivering food and beverages promptly
• Know the hotel’s food and beverage menu, preparation, and pricing
• Interact with guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Clear, clean, and prepare tables
• Observe guest behavior when serving alcohol and follow proper procedures if guests are impaired, including suggesting transportation
• Escalate guest service issues to management if unresolved
• Ensure guest satisfaction during meals
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least 6 months of server experience
• Hospitality experience preferred
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Flexible to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
