We are hiring: Hotel Restaurant/Food Service Servers

Role Responsibilities:

The Server provides guest service in the dining room, bistro, or food outlet by ensuring all guests are seated at clean, properly set tables, receive prompt attention, and have their orders accurately prepared and served. The server cheerfully takes food orders, follows up on guest satisfaction, and maintains thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items, including presentation and temperature controls.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events
• Making decisions and solving problems to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
• Monitoring operations and assisting in resolving guest issues
• Following Concord and Brand policies, including safety and security protocols
• Keeping a clean and organized workspace
• Maintaining punctual attendance
• Engaging with guests to understand and respond to their needs
• Adhering to dress code standards
