We are hiring Hotel Restaurant/Food Service Servers.

Role Responsibilities:

The Server provides guest service in the dining room, bistro, or food outlet by ensuring all guests are seated at clean, properly set tables, receive prompt attention, and have their orders accurately prepared and served. They also ensure tables are cleaned and ready for the next guests. The server cheerfully serves guests, takes food orders, and follows up to ensure satisfaction. They possess thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items, correct plate presentation, and temperature controls.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Maintaining a calm demeanor during busy periods or unusual events.
2. Making decisions and solving problems to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
3. Monitoring the operation of the F&B outlet and assisting the manager in resolving guest issues.
4. Following Concord and Brand policies, including safety and security, to ensure everyone's safety during each shift.
5. Keeping a clean and organized workspace.
6. Maintaining punctual and regular attendance.
7. Engaging with guests to understand and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
8. Adhering to brand and corporate dress codes.
