About Ralph's American Grill

Located in Wilmington, Ralph's American Grill is seeking exceptional and experienced full-time and part-time Servers. Ideal candidates will have prior serving experience in a high-volume restaurant, excellent customer service skills, and flexible scheduling. The role requires energy, a positive attitude, and a friendly demeanor. Open availability, including weekends, is required.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide excellent service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials.
• Efficiently take and deliver guest orders.
• Engage in suggestive selling to enhance guest experience.
• Pre-bus tables and keep the dining area clean during service.
• Perform side work and station duties as assigned by management.
• Handle opening, running, and closing duties as directed.
• Process payments accurately and practice safe cash handling.
• Assist with greeting, seating, bussing, and food running when possible.
• Stand for long periods; ability to lift and push up to 25 lbs required.
• Perform reaching and bending tasks repeatedly.
• Other duties as assigned.
