Required Skills & Abilities

• At least one (1) year of restaurant serving and bartending experience
• Flexible availability to work mid or PM shifts, including holidays and weekends
• Current Alcohol Beverage Control certification
• Current Food Handlers certification
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to stand or walk for at least eight (8) hours
• Ability to carry 10-15 pounds

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests, take food and beverage orders, replenish beverages, check food quality, and serve guests promptly and courteously
• Ensure food quality and that orders meet guest expectations
• Set up tables and perform opening duties
• Prepare the bar, requisition, and stock beer, wine, and spirits
• Bus tables, maintain cleanliness, and perform side work and closing duties
• Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints regarding food and beverages
