Our servers provide genuine and friendly service, ensuring an exceptional dining experience by meeting all guest needs.

Salary: $7.98 - $8.50 per hour plus tips.

Our Servers Generally:

• Welcome and greet guests, making them feel comfortable and cared for.
• Make guests feel special through personalized service and genuine concern.
• Maintain outstanding service levels for all guests, not just in their designated section.
• Process orders and payments efficiently according to standards.
• Complete all responsibilities such as restocking and replenishing supplies during shifts.

This position is typically part-time.

Preferred Experience: Prior experience as a server, waiter, waitress, or in similar FOH roles at restaurants like Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, Yard House, Tap 42, Lazy Dog, Cheesecake Factory, TGI Fridays, Longhorn, True Food Kitchen, Maggiano's, Chick-fil-A, or other similar establishments.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

• Learn the menu to answer questions and make suggestions.
• Know alcoholic service laws and standards.
• Be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Understand dining room and service procedures.
• Work standing throughout shifts.
• Maintain a positive attitude and smile.
• Operate a point-of-sale system.
• Lift up to 30 pounds safely.
• Practice high sanitary standards, including frequent handwashing.
