This position involves providing food and beverage service to guests in the restaurant and events areas, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring excellent service standards.

Responsibilities include:

1. Interacting with guests and serving food and drinks.
2. Keeping the area clean and organized.
3. Setting up the wait station according to SOPs.
4. Completing all assigned side work.
5. Reviewing daily menu changes, specials, and 86 lists.
6. Describing menu items and wines as trained.
7. Following service standards and house policies at all times.
8. Opening wine and water bottles properly.
9. Taking orders accurately and organizing tickets neatly.
10. Entering orders in Micros correctly.
11. Handling all payment methods efficiently.
12. Ensuring all closing side work is completed thoroughly.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of drink recipes, signature drinks, and wine lists.
• Experience with POS systems and cashiering.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions.
• Excellent command of English; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Consistent level of service per SOPs.
• Adherence to hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Punctuality and attendance at scheduled meetings.
• Professional conduct in line with company policies.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Work in variable weather conditions.
• Lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs.
