Job summary

HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver polished, attentive and courteous dining service. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery.

A focus on guest satisfaction and beverage service will be essential in this role. The position involves maintaining high standards of food safety and hospitality, with opportunities for ongoing training in service excellence and professional development within

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and serve beverages upon arrival.
• Present menus, suggest courses, and answer questions about food preparation.
• Take and relay orders to the kitchen or bar with accuracy and timeliness.
• Garnish and decorate dishes before serving and occasionally serve directly from platters.
• Monitor guests' needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Total bills and process payments, or direct guests to the cashier as needed.
• Replenish supplies and prepare stations for subsequent meals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

The Restaurant Server ensures a polished and professional dining experience by providing attentive, accurate, and courteous service to all guests. This role directly impacts guest satisfaction, repeat business, and the overall reputation of the dining establishment.

HOW YOU'LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE

• Greet guests warmly and serve beverages such as ice water and coffee upon arrival.
• Present menus, suggest dinner courses, recommend wines, and answer questions about food preparation.
• Take and relay orders to the kitchen or bar, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Garnish and decorate dishes before serving and occasionally serve directly from platters.
• Monitor diners' needs and respond promptly to additional requests or concerns.
• Total bills and process payments, or direct guests to the cashier as needed.
• Replenish supplies and prepare stations for subsequent meals.
• Other duties as assigned.
