Job summary

ARK Hospitality is hiring for a Restaurant Server at the Cambria Hotel Colorado Springs location. The role involves welcoming guests, taking accurate orders, and delivering food and beverages with professional service.

Responsibilities include maintaining station cleanliness, assisting with opening/closing tasks, and supporting events and banquets. Prior restaurant or hotel serving experience is preferred, with certification in Food Handler and TIPS welcome or willingness to obtain.

Job description

The Restaurant Server delivers warm, genuine hospitality while providing knowledgeable, attentive, and efficient service to every guest.

This position supports breakfast, dinner, the bar, rooftop lounge, banquets, and special events while creating memorable dining experiences.

Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Demonstrate complete knowledge of food, beverages, wines, cocktails, and daily specials.

Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.

Serve food and beverages according to ARK Hospitality and Cambria standards.

Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly or involve a manager when needed.

Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations.

Process guest payments accurately.

Support rooftop, banquet, and special event service as assigned.

Assist with opening, closing, side work, and daily cleaning checklists.

Maintain food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.

Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and front of house teams.

Participate in training and cross-training opportunities.

Create a welcoming first impression.

Anticipate guest needs before they are requested.

Represent ARK Hospitality with professionalism and integrity.

Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Build guest loyalty through exceptional service.

Previous restaurant or hotel serving experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for extended periods.

Lift and carry trays up to 30 pounds.

Compensation

$11.17 - $25 hourly
